Interesection of West Chandler Boulevard and North Pass Avenue

At 1:35 p.m. May 1, a 22-year-old Arleta man was robbed while out walking. Two men approached him, asked for the time and stole his phone when he opened it. Less than an hour later, Burbank police detained three suspects in North Hollywood who matched the description. Rogelio Perez, 19, of North Hollywood, was arrested on suspicion of robbery, and two others were released. Perez’s vehicle, a green Dodge Caravan, was impounded as evidence.

900 block of East Tujunga Avenue

A residential burglary was reported overnight April 28. The burglar entered through the home’s unlocked sliding glass door. An Xbox console and games and four computers were taken.

1900 block of Rosita Avenue

Third-row seats were stolen from a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe parked in a home’s driveway overnight on April 28. The burglars entered the vehicle by possibly prying open the driver’s-side door handle.
