John Burroughs student awarded scholarship

Heather Bussard of Burbank won an academic scholarship from SPS Technologies. She is the daughter of Gordon Bussard, an employee of SPS Technologies. The company’s scholarship program was established to recognize the accomplishments of sons and daughters of company employees.

Winners are chosen competitively on the basis of their academic records and personal achievements.

Bussard, a former student of John Burroughs High School, will attend Glendale Community College.
