Oscar Infante, Jr., 28, was arrested Feb. 6 on an outstanding warrant for possession of methamphetamines.

South San Fernando Boulevard and East Angeleno Avenue

Saman Afshari, 32, was arrested Feb. 7 on suspicion of manufacturing, possessing or offering for sale a collapsible baton and sharp-bladed weapons.

4400 block of West Victory Boulevard

Jaime De Los Santos, 33, was arrested Feb. 7 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of tools to feloniously enter or break into a building or vehicle.

North Victory Boulevard at Isabel Street

Sergio Sarceno, 20, was arrested Feb. 8 on suspicion of feloniously stealing the property of another.
