Police bust man allegedly selling marijuana to students

A 19-year-old Burbank man was arrested Wednesday after he was observed selling marijuana to minors near Izay Park, police said.

After authorities learned that two middle school students were in possession of the drug at school, they began an investigation that led them to the arrest of Andrew Richardson.

Police discovered young people using marijuana in the northwest corner of the park’s parking lot on 1111 W. Olive Ave. between the hours of 2 and 6 p.m., according to Burbank police.
