Man arrested for allegedly taking photos up girl’s dress

A Tehachapi man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly taking photos up a girl’s dress at a Marshalls in Burbank, police said.

Dylan Henry, 33, was arrested shortly after 2:15 p.m. Saturday, when two people notified the girl’s mother that they allegedly saw him taking pictures up her daughter’s dress while at the Marshalls in the Empire Center, Sgt. Darin Ryburn said.

The girl’s age was not immediately available.

Henry was arrested on suspicion of child annoying.
