Of 926 vehicles screened during a sobriety checkpoint in Burbank Saturday night, just one motorist was nabbed on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Another three motorists were cited for driving without a valid license during the grant-funded checkpoint, which was from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Olive Avenue just west of Lake Street, Burbank police reported.

Of the motorists screened, seven participated in field sobriety tests, police said. One vehicle was also towed.
