Man arrested after allegedly exposing himself at public event in Burbank

A 59-year-old man in a wheelchair was cited and released on Thursday after he allegedly exposed his genitals during the Downtown Summer Music Concert, police said.

Clarence Robertson, 59, of Studio City was booked at the Burbank police station and released on a citation due to his medical condition, Sgt. Darin Ryburn said.

A 43-year-old woman reported Robertson to bike patrol officers about 7:17 p.m. during the concert in the 100 block of East Palm Avenue after he was allegedly exposed himself while asking for food and money.

She had initially offered him a pastry, which he placed in his lap before allegedly exposing himself to her, Ryburn said.
