The woman was robbed of necklaces outside of her home as she returned home from shopping for jewelry in downtown Los Angeles. Police say the woman had just parked her car when a man approached her and grabbed the bag of jewelry from her arm. Burbank Leader

Police in Burbank are investigating the theft of a $100,000 car which belonged to television personality Dr. Phil. Authorities say the vehicle was stolen from a Burbank auto repair shop Sunday night. LAist

NBC’s “The Tonight Show” has seen brighter days.
