Good morning, readers. Today is Thursday, September 27. Police are looking for a group of suspected taggers in North Hollywood after a shooting Tuesday night.
A man on a bike was allegedly shot in the leg after one of the taggers believed he took a photograph of the scene, according to City News Service.
