San Fernando Valley roundup: Police seek NoHo taggers, Woodland Hills couple die in car crash and L.A. River advocates ask for a bike path

Good morning, readers. Today is Thursday, September 27. Police are looking for a group of suspected taggers in North Hollywood after a shooting Tuesday night.

A man on a bike was allegedly shot in the leg after one of the taggers believed he took a photograph of the scene, according to City News Service.

If you have the money to expand an amusement park, throw in a new bike path. That's what some advocates are suggesting to developers in charge of the NBCUniversal Evolution plan. Pasadena Star-News
