The operation led to at least 17 arrests, according to the Contra Costa Times.

Burbank residents are peeved that a company is storing mobile ads in their city that advertise “Topless Maids,” reports NBC Los Angeles. “Burbank is a very conservative city. I can understand why they’re upset with it,” Los Angeles Councilman Dennis Zine told NBC.
