President Obama will tape an episode of “The Tonight Show” with Jay Leno in Burbank Wednesday evening. He is slated to arrive in Los Angeles and 5:25 p.m. and scheduled to leave on Air Force One at 7:45 p.m. LAist

The city of Burbank is set to name Ken Pulskamp as its interim city manager. Pulskamp, who currently serves as city manager in Santa Clarita, would replace Mike Flad who accepted a city manager position in South Gate. Burbank Leader

An Encino teenager has become the latest popular web entrepreneur. The 13-year-old created the website YouTell.com, where users can post questions and receive anonymous answers from friends and family. Patch

Police have identified the man who was shot and killed by police officers in Van Nuys after he allegedly approached them with a gun. The coroner’s office identified the man as 49-year-old Alexander Nestoiter of Van Nuys. Daily News
