SUV slams into Wingstop restaurant in Burbank

No injuries were reported Tuesday after an SUV rammed into the Wingstop restaurant in Burbank and shattered a storefront window, police said.

A city engineer was en route to the eatery -- located at 928 North San Fernando Blvd. – to inspect the damage, which was captured in a photo that was posted to the Burbank Police Department’s Twitter account.

No further details on the driver or what may have caused the crash were immediately available.
