Pro skateboarder Brandon Biebel arrested in Burbank after allegedly throwing beer bottles into street

Professional skateboarder Brandon Biebel was arrested Saturday night after allegedly throwing beer bottles into the street outside St. Joseph’s Medical Center while drunk, police said.

Around 10:30 p.m., Biebel, 32, was reportedly standing in the street outside the hospital emergency room with his shirt off as threw beer bottles onto South Buena Vista Street, said Burbank Police Lt. Eddie Ruiz.

Police reported that Biebel – who was yelling at hospital staff -- had watery, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and smelled of alcohol, Ruiz added.

He was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.

According to his website, Biebel spends more than half the year on tour, and is sponsored by Red Bull, Lakai Footwear and Girl Skateboards.
