A 26-year-old woman was arrested at a Burbank hotel Sunday on suspicion of loitering with the intent to commit prostitution after Burbank police discovered condoms, cash and phones in her hotel room, police said.

There was also a warrant for her arrest.

Dani Jackson of Highland was arrested at the Quality Inn at 3:15 p.m. after Burbank police discovered she had paid for the hotel room with cash, said Burbank Police Sgt. Darin Ryburn. Police later ran her license plate, which revealed a $10,000 warrant for her arrest.

Jackson was being held in lieu of $30,000 bail.

Burbank police routinely conduct checks at area hotels and monitor online websites for anyone advertising illicit activity so people visiting Burbank can do so comfortably and safely, Ryburn said.

“We have other people who want to stay at these hotels,” he said.
