A 40-year-old Burbank man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly waving a knife, while drunk, outside Domino’s Pizza in Burbank after an employee told him the store was closed, police said.

Mohammed Bashir reportedly tried to get into the pizza shop at 12:30 a.m., but the employee turned him away because the store was closed, said Burbank Police Sgt. Darin Ryburn.

The store employee, while closing, approached the door four times before Bashir allegedly pulled out a knife and yelled something unintelligible.

Bashir was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public and drawing a deadly weapon in a threatening manner.
