The city’s shrinking streets

Just when I think I’ve seen it all, coming back from the mall today on the busiest part of Magnolia Boulevard near Hollywood Way, there’s a guy riding a bike without holding the handle bars, texting something on his cell phone.

This insanity at its best — and our city fathers want more bikes on the road.

Is it just me? Traffic is tripling, and they’re shrinking streets with bike lanes. God help us all.
