Another instance of bad decision-making

So the city of Burbank is doing so well economically that the City Council stops a legitimate, profitable business from expanding to a larger location (“Taco Bell to stay on Magnolia,” Dec. 24).

That’s just great — now we can look at the empty Conroy’s Flowers building for another 10 years. Maybe council members will build a shrine to the “Bad Decisions by the Burbank City Council” on that corner.
