It’s time for parking restrictions

Not everyone is getting dropped off at the Burbank Bob Hope Airport (“Airport parking revenue slumps,” July 4).

We have had occasions where freeloaders park on our street, get out their cellphone and call a taxi. Two summers ago, we tried to get the city to put some restrictions on parking, but apparently we didn’t have the required density.

In view of the revenue loss, it might behoove the city to reconsider this.
