Pet stores could list their suppliers

In response to the controversy regarding puppy mill dogs sold in Burbank: The easy solution is to have an ordinance which requires complete disclosure of the breeder of each animal and where the animal was purchased by any pet store in Burbank. This would get rid of confusion and allow people like me, who do not like puppy mill activities, to choose not to purchase abused animals from any store.
