Letter: Hoping airport can retain charm

Renovating the Burbank Airport is necessary to make it more conducive for the airplane passengers’ comfort and safety.

I have traveled out of the Burbank Airport for many years and have found it to be a great location from where I have lived. Easy access, easy ticketing, easy boarding and less people to confront.

In the renovating plans, please leave a little bit of the charm of the airport to make it feel like a small airport.

The city of Burbank should take pride in their airport. When the airport name (Burbank) was changed to the Bob Hope Airport, it was a disappointment. Bob Hope has had enough accolades bestowed upon him!
