Burbank 58, Glendale 47: The Bulldogs were victorious in the Pacific League game Friday against the host Nitros.

Burbank improved to 2-7, 1-1 in league.

Crescenta Valley 72, Burroughs 62: The Indians dropped to 5-2, 0-2 in the Pacific League with the road loss Friday against the Falcons.

Emery Goulet scored 22 points for Burroughs.

Taft 81, Providence 54: The Pioneers (7-4) dropped the nonleague game Friday on the road.

GIRLS’ SOCCER

Burroughs 1, Crescenta Valley 1: The host Indians fought back to earn the Pacific League tie Friday at Memorial Field.

The Indians (1-0-1 in league) scored the equalizer with five minutes left on a goal by Lily Gonzalez off a cross from Lauryn Bailey.

Burbank 1, Glendale 1: The Bulldogs played to a Pacific League stalemate at home Friday against the Nitros.

Roxy Payind scored for Burbank (1-0-1 in league).

Chadwick 7, Providence 0: The Pioneers (0-3 in league) fell in the Prep League contest Friday on the road.

Providence 5, Village Christian 2: A second-half push lifted the Pioneers to a nonleague victory Thursday on the road.

The contest was tied at 2 before Providence scored three straight goals to secure the win.

Glendale 2, Burbank 1: The Bulldogs slipped to 1-1 in Pacific League play with the loss on the road Friday.

Providence 5, Heritage Christian 1: The Pioneers improved to 5-0-1 with the nonlleague victory Thursday at the Glendale Sports Complex.
