Muir 67, Burbank 51: Burbank couldn’t muster a win against second-place Muir in a Pacific League game Monday on the road.

Burbank (12-9, 4-4 in league) fell behind, 23-11, after one quarter and was at a 39-18 disadvantage at halftime.

BOYS’ SOCCER

Burroughs 5, Pasadena 0: The Indians ran their Pacific League unbeaten streak to four games with a win Friday at Luther Burbank Middle School.

Joan Alveraz and Eddie Alvarez scored two goals each and Escalante added a goal in pacing Burroughs to the victory.
