Burbank 5, Glendale 0: The Bulldogs remained unbeaten in the Pacific League with a win Friday at home.

Anabel Gonzalez scored two goals to pace Burbank (6-0-4 in league).

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

Burroughs 52, Pasadena 33: The Indians remained in first place in the Pacific League with a home win Friday.

The Indians have a two-game lead over Muir with four league games remaining.

Chelsea Rhamdeow led the way Friday, scoring 19 points. Teammate Lisha Elsenbach added 16 points to go with 11 rebounds and six assists, Aysia Shellmire had 11 points and four blocks and Shannon Kermah had seven steals.

BOYS’ BASKETBLL

Glendale 66, Burbank 64: The Bulldogs dropped their second straight Pacific League game — and third of their last four — Wednesday at Glendale.

Two of those three losses have been by a combined six points.

Muir 84, Burroughs 31: The Indians just didn’t have enough to topple the host Mustangs on Wednesday in a Pacific League game.

Burroughs received nine points from Ezekiel Zuniga and Pat McQuown had five rebounds.

Muir took a 43-13 lead at the half.
