Burbank 4, Hoover 1: The Bulldogs improved to 4-7-1 in the Pacific League with a victory Tuesday at home.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

Burbank 60, Hoover 41: The Bulldogs stayed in the hunt for a second-place finish in the Pacific League with a victory at Hoover.

Burbank is 15-11, 10-3 in league.

BOYS’ BASKETBALL

Burroughs 41, Arcadia 36: The Indians used a second-half push to pull out the Pacific League victory Tuesday on the road.

Lawrence White paced Burroughs (14-11, 6-7) with 20 points. Jorge Flores-Pere added nine.
