A bar fight outside Whiskey Bend in Burbank Monday night involving four men left one victim with head injuries and two suspects at large, authorities said.

At around 10:45 p.m., the two Burbank victims -- a 48-year-old and 25-year-old -- left the bar, located at the 1200 block of North San Fernando Boulevard, said Burbank Police Sgt. Darin Ryburn.

While waiting on the curb to be picked up, two suspects followed the victims out and reportedly started throwing punches, Ryburn said.

After briefly leaving the scene, the suspects returned and began another argument. Both victims fell to the ground from the punches, and were subsequently kicked in the head and torso, Ryburn said.

The 48-year-old man suffered head injuries and chose to seek his own medical attention, Ryburn said.

The suspects ran to a black sedan and fled southbound on San Fernando Boulevard. They were described as white, 180 pounds and roughly 25 years old. One of them was described as husky, 5 feet, 10 inches tall with a shaved head, the other was 6 feet tall with short hair.

Anyone who was in the area at the time is encouraged to call Burbank police at (818) 238-3210.
