Butterflies For Loved

The Auxiliary of Mission Hospital Laguna Beach, 31862 S. Coast Hwy., is hosting a butterfly celebration in honor or memory of loved ones at 3 p.m. The event supports hospice and palliative care services for terminally ill patients. Each participant will receive their own butterfly to release during the event. There will also be hundreds of additional butterflies released by Chairwomen Patti Fouse and Leslie Wilhelm. Come On Down, Bob Barker

Bob Barker will visit the Pacific Marine Mammal Center at 11 a.m. and participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the reopening of the visitor area that was destroyed in the floods in late December. The ribbon cutting ceremony will be followed by the release of sea lion patient Barker, named in honor of Bob Barker’s generosity to the center.
