Smelling the Roses

The Laguna Beach Garden Club meets at 9:30 a.m. inside Tankersley Hall at Laguna Presbyterian Church, 415 Forest Ave. Club members will be submitting roses for the Novice Rose Show. Collectors’ Soiree

Plant Sale

The Hortense Miller Garden Plant Sale will be from 8 a.m. to noon at the Laguna Beach Farmers Market. Proceeds will benefit the garden. Items include planter containers filled with succulents, herbs and seasonal color.

Book Signing

Author Marlayne Giron, a Mission Viejo resident, will sign copies of her book “The Victor: A Tale of Betrayal, Love and Sacrifice” from 1 to 3 p.m. at Neighborhood Cup, 1 Journey, Aliso Viejo.

Laguna Niguel City Hall

Residents are invited to the grand opening and dedication of the new Laguna Niguel City Hall from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The day includes music and entertainment, exhibits, food, giveaways and tours of the facility, 30111 Crown Valley Pkwy.

Garden Tour, Installation
