Their time has come.

Back Bay and Monte Vista high schools graduated 145 students during a ceremony Thursday morning at the Robert B. Moore Theatre at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa.

Monte Vista graduate Lauren Castleton and Back Bay grads Hunter Corwin, Matthew Klute-Nelson and Zaira Rodriguez took the stage as the ceremony’s student speakers.

Back Bay, a continuation school, and Monte Vista, which offers an independent study program, are located on the same campus in Costa Mesa.
