Fountain Valley police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of trying to steal electronics from a Costco store this month.

Police said a man tried to make off with several electronic items from the Costco at 17900 Newhope St. on Jan. 7.

Costco employees intervened as the man began unloading items into a car being driven by someone else, police said. A struggle ensued between the man and the employees, but the man was able to flee on foot.
