April Ross of Costa Mesa and teammate Kerri Walsh Jennings won the women’s title match, and Huntington Beach’s Jake Gibb and Casey Patterson withstood a serious challenge to win the men’s finale Sunday at the Assn. of Volleyball Professionals Huntington Beach Open.
