Estancia Basketball Community Shootout tournament returns
The Estancia Basketball Community Shootout, a four-on-four tournament, is back and this time it’s a two-day event.
The second annual tournament will take place at the high school in Costa Mesa on June 10 (7 p.m. to 10 p.m.) and June 11 (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
The cost is $125 per team, which can include up to six players.
All games will be played up to 21 points, must win by two points and a cap at 25.
The tournament requires players of 18 years or older, an Estancia graduate or Costa Mesa resident or city community member.
Four games are guaranteed. There will be a three-point contest, which is $5 to enter and will include money for the winner.
All proceeds will benefit the Estancia boys’ basketball program.
