Breakdown: Corona del Mar, the No. 3 seed, plays host to No. 2 Lompoc in the semifinals of the CIF Southern Section Division 4 playoffs … Braves are traveling 188 miles for the game, a week after they had to go 190 miles to play at Etiwanda in the quarterfinals … Sea Kings will try to become the first team this year to beat the Braves, who last finished perfect in 2011 … Lompoc has shut out seven teams, including Etiwanda, 46-0, in the quarterfinals and Rialto Carter, 65-0, in the first round … CdM looks to make its first section finals appearance since its perfect 2013 season … Braves face a high-octane offense led by Garbers, who is four TD passes away from becoming the fourth quarterback in Orange County history to reach 90 TDs in a career, and Le, who is one of five players in county history to catch 21 TDs in a season … CdM has won 11 in a row since dropping its season opener at Palos Verdes, 42-20, on Aug. 26 … Lompoc is only allowing 3.6 points per game, and the most points it has given up in a contest is 14.
