Key Golden Hawks: Sr. RB Jordan Fulton (13 carries for 163 yards, two TDs); Jr. QB Jack Strouse (12 for 26 passing, 127 yards, one TD); Sr. CB Daniel Bucaro.

Breakdown: The Eagles are trying to start the season 2-0 for the first time since 2012 ... Estancia beat Loara, 44-20, last week behind three combined passing and rushing touchdowns from Carrasco ... This is the first time that Estancia has faced El Dorado in Coach Mike Bargas’ 10-year tenure ... The Golden Hawks finished 1-10 last season, and the only win was via forfeit over Canyon due to the use of an ineligible player. But El Dorado still applied for and received an at-large berth into the CIF Southern Section Southern Division playoffs, losing to Garden Grove, 55-6, in the first round ... El Dorado has not had a winning season since 2009 and has not recorded an on-the-field victory since 2013 ... The Golden Hawks lost to Troy, 25-21, in their season opener last week.
