Costa Mesa neighborhood parades for Halloween for the 27th time

Hundreds of people, many of them in costume for the occasion, took to the streets in Costa Mesa’s Canyon Park and Freedom Homes neighborhoods on Monday for the 27th annual Halloween Parade.

Realtors Matthew Fletcher and Mary Fewel of Village Green Real Estate sponsored the Westside community event.
