Newport Beach welcomes Art in the Park

Hundreds of visitors scoped out art and crafts on the Newport Beach Civic Center lawn Saturday during the 13th annual Art in the Park event.

More than 100 Southern California artists displayed and sold some of their works during the event presented by the Newport Beach Arts Foundation, a nonprofit that raises money to support the efforts of the city’s Arts Commission.

Guests perused oil paintings, watercolors, pastels, glass art acrylics, mixed media, sculptures, jewelry, photography and woodcrafts.
