Police obtained an arrest warrant for Nereida Vega, 21, of Santa Ana on Oct. 11, Sgt. Tony Luce said.

She was arrested Oct. 18 and booked into Orange County Jail, where she was in custody Wednesday, according to jail records.

Police learned that some of the stolen property had been given to Ali Hassan Safieddine, 25, of Fountain Valley, Luce said.

Authorities went to Safieddine’s home in the 11000 block of Aquamarine Circle on Oct. 19 and found some of the property, along with a half-ounce of methamphetamine and 77 Xanax pills, police said. Safieddine was not there at the time.

He was arrested Nov. 3 on suspicion of possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance for sale, police said. He was booked into Orange County Jail and was being held Wednesday with bail set at $40,000.
