One-day showing of TerBush paintings

Exclusive Collections Gallery will host a one-day showing of Dale TerBush’s “Abundance of Light” between noon and 5 p.m. Sunday.

A visit to the jellyfish exhibit at the Monterey Bay Aquarium provided TerBush with creative inspiration.

“What if I could put this on canvas?” he said he remembers thinking. “What if I could convey that same sense that I and everyone else was feeling through paint?”

After studying the gelatinous umbrella-shaped aquatic animals, he took note of their graceful movements and started painting them.

The gallery is at 417 S. Coast Hwy., Laguna Beach, and admission is free. For more information, call (855) 372-8213 or email pr@ecgallery.com.
