Pet of the Week

Paris and Orlando arrived at the shelter as strays in October. While it is unknown if they were raised together, this little girl and boy, thought to be about 2 years old, certainly enjoy one another’s company.

They share a kennel and ideally both would be adopted together. Their names suggest celebrities, famous cities or literary characters. However, this Paris and Orlando are actually unpretentious, often comical, Chihuahua mixes.

Each is healthy and spayed or neutered, and they appear to be house-trained and learning to control their boundless energy. Both are eager to go on walks but most of all love cuddling or belly rubs.

As always, potential adopters are encouraged to bring any other dogs in a household to the shelter for “introductions” before integrating a new pet into the family. Come meet this delightfully dynamic duo. Paris and Orlando’s adoption fees are discounted 25% when this announcement is mentioned.
