Fred A. and Cindy Lynn Rowe are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Jamie Lynn Rowe to Nancy and Charles’ Cargo’s son, Christopher Austin Cargo.

Christopher proposed during a San Francisco Giants game Wednesday, Feb. 2. The couple plans to wed in Alaska in January 2020.
