Food for Thought Film Series

Balboa Bay Republican Women, Federated meets at 11 a.m. the second Wednesday of each month at Balboa Bay Club & Resort. The meeting includes lunch and a guest speaker, and the cost is $30 per person. Valet parking is available for $7.

Angels Executive in Newport

Dennis Kuhl, chairman of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, will be the featured speaker at the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce's Innovative Leaders Program. Co-Parenting Classes

Mariners Church, 5001 Newport Coast Drive, Irvine, will present a series of classes on co-parenting led by Elizabeth Bader, founder of Positive Co-Parenting. The classes will be given from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday evenings in May, and a daylong session will be given from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 2.
