Instagram music star Zhavia got her start at the OC Hit Factory, a recording studio operating from The District in Tustin.

Zhavia laughs as she finds the Polaroid photo the OC Hit Factory took of her when she first arrived at the recording studio at The District in Tustin. Zhavia hit 1 million followers on Instagram following her debut on the show “The Four” and was the runaway fan favorite on the show.
