IRVINE — Marcus Bradley scored 22 points and Clayton Ragsdale had 21 points for the Sea Kings in the Pacific Coast League game Friday.

Danny Cheek added 13 points for CdM (12-7, 5-0 in league), which is ranked No. 5 in the CIF Southern Section Division III-AA coaches’ poll.

SANTA ANA — Davon Joyner scored 18 points to lead Estancia in the Orange Coast League game Friday.

Chad Fackler added 11 points for Estancia (12-9, 3-1 in league), which plays host to rival Costa Mesa Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Huntington Beach 62, Newport Harbor 57

NEWPORT BEACH — Senior Carter Fortier had 20 points and eight rebounds for the Sailors in the Sunset League game Friday night.

Senior Cody Caldwell had 17 points and 11 rebounds for Newport Harbor (8-12, 0-5 in league), which plays host to Marina Friday at 7 p.m.

Bob Torribio coached the Sailors against the Oilers in Coach Larry Hirst’s absence. Hirst continues to recover from collapsing during a game against Edison Jan. 14 because of dehydration.

He is expected to return to the team within a week.

GIRLS’ SOCCER

Sage Hill 7, Brethren Christian 0

HUNTINGTON BEACH — Maddie Culberson recorded a hat trick for the Lightning in the Academy League match Friday.

Caroline Grant assisted on two of Culberson’s goal. Culberson’s final tally was unassisted. Alli Mowrey, Francesca D’Agostino, Meg Crade and Dina Alzuri scored a goal each for Sage Hill (8-6-1, 3-2 in league).

D’Agostino also had an assist, on Alzuri’s goal in the final minute.

Goalies Alex Thomas and Paige Krueger combined for the shootout with two saves for the Lightning, who will play host to Saddleback Valley Christian Tuesday at 5 p.m.

Costa Mesa 3, Laguna Beach 1

COSTA MESA — Sami Feinstein scored a goal and delivered two assists for the Mustangs in the Orange Coast League game Thursday at Jim Scott Stadium.

Cindy Mejia and Darian Miller also added a goal each, while Monique Ramirez had an assist for Costa Mesa (4-8-5, 2-2 in league).

Goalies Maggie Acevedo and Whitney McAleer had one save each for the Mustangs, who will play against rival Estancia Tuesday at 4:45 p.m. at Jim Scott Stadium.

Ryan Delgado and Jake Maxwell scored a goal each, while Jack Gorab had an assist for CdM (11-1-5, 4-1 in league), which is ranked No. 4 in the CIF Southern Section Division III coaches’ poll. Goalie Connor Gaal had four saves for the Sea Kings, who play at Northwood Wednesday at 3:15 p.m.

NEWPORT COAST — Colton Gyulay scored a goal for the Lightning in the Academy League game Friday.

Jack Percival was credited for a goal after an own goal by Brethren. Will Burns assisted on Gyulay’s goal. Taylor Ross, Alex Till and Kam Fuji stood out for Sage Hill (6-3-2, 3-1-1 in league), which remains in second place in league.

COSTA MESA — Don-gi Shin had a goal and an assist for the Mustangs in the Orange Coast League game Friday at Jim Scott Stadium.

Jesus Delgado and Cesar Pineda added a goal each for Costa Mesa (6-7-1, 2-2 in league), which plays against rival Estancia Wednesday at 4:45 p.m. at Jim Scott Stadium.
