Oilers down baseball alumni

The Huntington Beach High baseball program held its annual alumni game Saturday at the school. The event, which drew more than 200 people, included former Oilers and major league baseball players Hank Conger and Gary Buckels. The varsity won, 6-5, after senior Brett Urabe slid safely at home under the tag of catcher Garrick Danner in the bottom of the seventh inning.

Players also participated in a home run derby, which showcased the talents of Conger.
