WACO, Texas — Starter Crosby Slaught allowed one run in five innings and Phil Ferragamo pitched four scoreless innings for the visiting Anteaters in the Baylor Invitational on Sunday.

Designated hitter Connor Spencer went two for four with one run batted in and fellow freshman Kris Paulino was one for four with two RBIs to pace the six-hit attack for UCI (6-5).

STANFORD — Hillary Estrada led the No. 8-ranked Anteaters with two goals in the nonconference game on Sunday.

Corona del Mar High product Kate Baldoni shared time in goal for the No. 2-ranked Cardinal.
