Kellum commits to UCI

Chloe Kellum of Long Beach Poly High has signed a national letter of intent to play women’s basketball at UC Irvine, Anteaters women’s basketball coach Doug Oliver recently announced.

Kellum, a 6-0 forward for the Jackrabbits, was a member of the Moore League championship and the California state championship for Division 1 AA teams as a senior. Kellum helped the Jackrabbits to a record of 29-5. Kellum also played for the Cal Storm Team Taurasi club.

“Chloe has tremendous potential and a great work ethic,” Oliver said in a release. “She will bring size and athleticism to our roster.”
