Sage takes down Laguna Beach

Sage Hill’s Adam Langevin, Omeed Moini and Kenan Torlic all swept in singles in Tuesday’s nonleague season opener at The Tennis Club Newport Beach.
Shayan Emtiaz and David Kim also swept at No. 1 doubles for the Lightning, while Kian Etedali and Grant Janavs took two sets at No. 2 doubles.
Sage Hill hosts the five-team Lightning Invitiational beginning Friday at The Tennis Club. Other teams participating include Newport Harbor, Tesoro, Canyon and St. Margaret’s.
