Don’t look now, but spring is almost here. And Fashion Island sprung into action to welcome it Saturday with a Family Spring Hop on the Atrium Lawn.

The Newport Beach mall presented face painting, balloon artists and coloring for children, who also got to meet the Easter Bunny.

The Easter Bunny will be in the spring garden at the Atrium Lawn through March 26, greeting visitors from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fridays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays.
