Corona del Mar High running back J.T. Murphy and linebacker Jack Fairon, Edison safety Brandon Moradian and linebacker Mateo Gallego, Newport Harbor defensive tackle Spencer Blake, Fountain Valley running back Ben Vallier and Ocean View tight end Adam Meyer are the seven local seniors representing the South in the Orange County All-Star Classic football game at Orange Coast College on Saturday at 7 p.m.

The seven local players will be playing for San Clemente coach Jaime Ortiz, who is in charge of the South. The South is facing the North in the 59th edition of the OC All-Star football game.

With the help of the Los Angeles Chargers, Costa Mesa United is running the OC All-Star football game for the second straight year. Costa Mesa United, a nonprofit group, took over the game last summer and it decided to move it closer to the end of the high school football season.
