Glendale police arrest six drivers during DUI saturation patrol
Glendale police arrested six drivers on suspicion of impaired driving during a DUI saturation patrol Friday evening, officials said.
From 6:30 p.m. Friday to 2:30 a.m. Saturday, eight officers stopped 42 cars while on patrol looking for drunk or drugged drivers, said Glendale Police spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot.
Six out of 15 of those drivers failed a field sobriety test and were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
In addition, one driver was arrested on suspicion of not having a license.
