Beginning at 10:30 a.m., the youngest students on campus — those in transitional kindergarten through third grade — jumped rope with Stegman.
Tuesday’s event followed a school assembly in late January when students learned about heart disease.
“It’s an opportunity to learn about keeping our hearts healthy,” Stegman said.
